That's one way to put it!

Columbus became the second team to clinch a playoff spot. They're now tied with the Caps at 100 points and Pittsburgh are just behind at 99, a clinch seemingly just a win away.

With their victory last night over Colorado, Chicago have become the third team to clinch a playoff spot and the first in the west.

Well, hard to argue with that.

Also, the Flames beat the Kings, therefore knocking Edmonton down to the wildcard...YET AGAIN.

Let's see if the Oilers can keep their little win streak going when they get their own chance to play the Kings tonight.

With that win, the Pens become the fourth team in the league to clinch a playoff spot. They're also ahead of Columbus now.

Flames lost, which means Edmonton hangs on to second place in the Pacific Division for another night. Oilers got the Ducks tomorrow night.

The Arizona Coyotes became the second team to be officially eliminated from the playoffs.

Four spots are claimed, twelve remain,

Two teams are eliminated from the running,
